Shipping and Handling
All orders will be processed within 2 business days of order placement, merchandise will be shipped immediately via method of the customer's choice upon clearance of payment thereafter.
MEMS Touch LLC will ship internationally; however customer is responsible for custom clearing, appropriate taxes, duty, and separate and additional shipping cost. MEMS Touch LLC does not collect import duties or customs taxes and has no knowledge what these charges may be. The customer is responsible for these additional charges. For more information please contact your local authority for laws and regulations and for further assistance.
Should special shipping and handling is required please contact MEMS Touch LLC with specifications and note that additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred.
Return Policy
Customer may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of receiving merchandise for a full refund less shipping and handling. Items returned must ship via FedEx for tracking purpose. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on all returned merchandise unless the merchandise is defected upon arrival then MEMS Touch LLC will absorb return shipping expenses.
Customer should expect to receive their refund within and up to four weeks from the date which return merchandise is received at MEMS Touch LLC. MEMS Touch LLC will notify you via email 1. Upon arrival of your return merchandise. 2. When refund is authorized to your account.
**Please note when order contains hazardous material, shipping is limited via FedEx Ground Service.
